To help us make your enrollment as seamless as possible, please be sure to bring the following items to campus when you enroll:

• The completed SVHS enrollment packet
• Immunization records
• Birth certificate
• Unofficial transcripts from prior school
• Withdrawal slip from prior school
• AIMS scores (for juniors and seniors)
• Custody papers (if applicable to your situation)
